If you see the same charge twice after placing an order, don’t worry—it doesn’t usually mean you’ve been charged twice.
Most of the time, the second charge is just a pending payment (also called an authorization hold). This is normal and should disappear within a few business days.
What to do:
If one charge says “pending,” wait a few days—it should drop off.
If both charges have gone through, or if you got more than one order confirmation, please email us at [email protected] with your order number, and we’ll help sort it out.
