Order Dispatch
We strive to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days. During peak or promotional periods, please allow an additional 2-4 business days.

Shipping & Tracking
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order ships. If your shipping option includes tracking, the email will contain your tracking number. You can track your parcel here: https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/search

Envelope Deliveries
Orders sent in envelopes do not have tracking. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, but can sometimes take a little longer. This is due to Australia Post delivering regular letter mail every second business day, unlike parcels which are delivered daily. We kindly ask for your patience as your items will arrive in a pink envelope.
