What is the Platinum Planet Membership?
Platinum Planet is our most rewarding loyalty membership, designed for customers who regularly restock their Adorn favourites and opt for refillable beauty. It offers an annual gift card, exclusive refill discounts, and guaranteed Gold Loyalty benefits, all while supporting a more sustainable shopping experience.
What is the price of the Platinum Planet Membership?
The Platinum Planet Membership costs $349 annually.
What do I receive upon joining?
Your Platinum Planet Membership includes:
1. $349 gift card to use over 12 months (redeemable on eligible products)
2. 20% off refill purchases for 12 months (no code needed)
3. All Gold Loyalty benefits, guaranteed for the year
4. 1.5 loyalty points for every $1 spent
5. $20 birthday reward
6. Priority shipping (processed ahead of standard orders where operationally possible)
7. VIP customer support
How does the $349 gift card work?
Once you join, a $349 gift card is emailed to you.
1. Gift cards can be used on eligible Adorn products (excluding other gift cards).
2. Gift cards can be applied across multiple orders.
3. The gift card expires at the end of your 12-month membership period.
We suggest using your gift card early so you can enjoy the extra refill savings throughout the year.
How does the 20% refill discount work?
You’ll get 20% off full-priced refill products for your membership year. The discount applies only to refill products.
Does the membership offer good value?
Platinum Planet provides a $349 gift card that essentially covers the cost of joining. Members who use their gift card during the membership period receive the full value of their membership, plus additional savings on refills and ongoing loyalty benefits throughout the year.
What products can I use the gift card on?
Your gift card can be used toward eligible Adorn products available online (excluding other gift cards and cash exchanges).
Is Platinum Planet available all year?
No. Platinum Planet Membership was available for a limited period from Wednesday, 4th February 2026 to Friday, 6th February 2026. Enrollment is currently closed and will not reopen until 2027.
Can anyone join Platinum Planet?
Membership is currently closed. Platinum Planet was available to the public during a limited release window from Wednesday, 4th February 2026 to Friday, 6th February 2026. To maintain a premium experience for our members, we are no longer accepting new registrations at this time.
Do I need to qualify for Gold Loyalty once I’m a Platinum Planet member?
No. Platinum Planet includes all Gold Loyalty benefits automatically, so you’ll enjoy those perks year-round without needing to re-qualify.
What happens if I don’t use all my gift card balance?
Any unused gift card balance will expire at the end of your 12-month membership period. Gift cards cannot be refunded or extended once expired.
Can I receive a refund if I change my mind?
Platinum Planet Memberships are non-refundable once activated, as gift cards and loyalty benefits are made available immediately.

Can the membership or gift card be transferred or gifted?
Platinum Planet Memberships, gift cards, and benefits are tied to your customer account and cannot be transferred.
Will my membership renew automatically?
No. Platinum Planet does not auto-renew. Members will receive an invitation to renew during the subsequent February membership period.
What happens to my existing loyalty points?
Your existing loyalty points remain the same. While your Platinum Planet Membership is active, you’ll earn 1.5 loyalty points for every $1 spent.
