My pump isn't workingUpdated a day ago

Some of our products use airless pump packaging to protect the formula and keep it fresh longer. Airless pump packaging works by using a vacuum system instead of a straw or dip tube. When you press the pump, it creates a vacuum that pushes a disk inside the container upward, forcing the product out. 

Tips to get your pump working

If your pump isn’t working right away, try these simple steps:

• Pump several times to start the vacuum mechanism—it may take a few pumps to prime.

• Hold the bottle upside down while pumping to help release any trapped air.

• Tap the bottom firmly on a hard surface to free the inner plate.

• Shake the bottle well, then try pumping again.

• Store the bottle upside down overnight so the product settles near the pump.

• Avoid unscrewing the lid, as this can let air in and affect the pump’s performance.
