If your order hasn’t arrived yet, please start by checking your confirmation email to ensure the delivery address provided is correct.
If your shipping option included tracking, the details will have been emailed to you. For the most up-to-date delivery information, we recommend contacting Australia Post directly using your tracking number. You can submit an enquiry with them here: https://auspost.com.au/receiving/parcel-deliveries/lost-late-items
If you selected envelope shipping, please note that this method does not include tracking. Delivery generally takes 3–7 business days, but can occasionally take a little longer. This is due to Australia Post delivering regular letter mail every second business day, unlike parcels which are delivered daily. We kindly ask for your patience as your items will arrive in a pink envelope.
