This usually happens when the billing postal code entered during checkout doesn't match what your bank has on file for that card.
Even though you can ship to any address, the billing address must exactly match the one your bank or credit card company has on record. If there’s a mismatch, the payment is automatically declined to protect against fraud.
Here's how to fix it:
1. Open the Shop app.
2. Go to Payment Methods.
3. Tap the card you tried to use. 4. Check the billing address listed. 5. If it doesn’t match your bank’s records, please delete the card and re-add it using the correct billing address.
