1. Confirm the email address you used
Make sure you sent your email to [email protected] and double-check that there are no spelling mistakes in the email address or your message that might prevent us from receiving it.
2. Check your junk or spam folder
Sometimes our replies can be filtered into your spam or junk mail folder. Please check there to see if our response has been delivered.
3. Keep in mind our business hours
We are closed on weekends and Victorian Public Holidays, so responses may be delayed during these times. We aim to reply within 1 business day when we are open.
