When a transaction shows as “pending,” it usually means the payment hasn’t fully processed yet. This can take anywhere from 3 to 5 business days, and sometimes up to 10 business days.
If you haven’t received an order confirmation email, it means we haven’t received your order on our end. In this case, the pending charge will most likely drop off soon, and you won’t be charged.
We recommend waiting for the pending charge to clear before trying to place the order again.
