I’m having trouble getting my product to come out of the pumpUpdated 2 hours ago

Some of our products use airless pump packaging to help protect the formula and keep it fresh for longer. Instead of a dip tube, these bottles use a little plate at the bottom that moves up with each pump to push the product out. Sometimes they just need a little help to get going—especially the first time!

If your pump isn't working right away, try these easy tips:

• Pump a few times to get the vacuum mechanism started—it can take a little priming.

• Hold the bottle upside down while pumping to help release any trapped air.

• Give the bottom a firm tap on a hard surface to free up the inner plate.

• Shake the bottle well, then try again.

• Store it upside down overnight so the product settles near the pump.

• Try not to unscrew the lid, as this can let air in and affect how the pump works.
