How do I initiate an exchange?Updated a month ago
To help you find your perfect match, we offer a wide range of samples to trial before purchasing full-size products. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for used items selected in an incorrect shade or product type. Please also note that samples and refills are non-returnable.
To start a return:
Check eligibility: Ensure your product is unopened, unused, and in saleable condition. Returns must be within 30 days of delivery.
Contact us: Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
Wait for approval: Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with instructions and the return address.
Prepare your return: Package the item securely and include a note with your order number, contact details, and preferred resolution. If requesting an exchange, please also include the shade or product you would like instead.
Please note: Return postage is your responsibility, but we will cover the cost of sending the correct shade to you. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping your receipt with the tracking number in case you need to follow up on the delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for parcels that are lost or not delivered.
