If you need to update your address, please email us at [email protected] with the subject line “Change of Address” within 15 minutes of placing your order. Be sure to include your name, order number, and the correct address. While we’ll do our best to make changes, please note they may not be possible once the order is processed.

Please double-check your details before completing your order, as we can’t take responsibility for incorrect addresses. If an order is returned due to an address issue, a $20 return fee plus redelivery costs will apply. Replacements will only be sent once the original item is returned in good condition.
