How can I resolve a malfunctioning pump?Updated 4 days ago
Some of our products use airless pump packaging to help protect the formula and keep it fresh for longer. Instead of a dip tube, these bottles use a little plate at the bottom that moves up with each pump to push the product out. Sometimes they just need a little help to get going—especially the first time!
If your pump isn't working right away, try these easy tips:
Pump a few times to get the vacuum mechanism started—it can take a little priming.
Hold the bottle upside down while pumping to help release any trapped air.
Give the bottom a firm tap on a hard surface to free up the inner plate.
Shake the bottle well, then try again.
Store it upside down overnight so the product settles near the pump.
Try not to unscrew the lid, as this can let air in and affect how the pump works.
Still stuck? No worries! Just send us a short video showing what's happening to [email protected] and we’ll be happy to help.
