An order may be returned to us if the address provided is incorrect or if a missed delivery results in the parcel being taken to a local post office and left uncollected for 10 days.

Once your order is returned to our warehouse, we’ll contact you to offer the choice of a refund for the items or to have your order resent. Please note that reshipping fees will apply.
