At Adorn, we’re committed to sustainability. Empty packaging that can’t be reused is sent to TerraCycle, where it’s upcycled into new products like plant pots and outdoor furniture.

It’s our way of ensuring your empty Adorn packaging is responsibly processed - kept out of landfill and given a second life.

Participating is simple:

1. Clean your empty Adorn packaging.

2. Place the items into a used Adorn post bag.

3. Send to:

4. Include your full name and email address inside the parcel.

As a thank you for supporting circular beauty, we’ll apply the cost of your return postage (up to $10) as reward points to your Adorn account.

What products can I return?

You can return any Adorn product packaging, including but not limited to:

• Lipstick tubes
• Serum bottles
• Sample pots
• Refill sachets

Yes—even if the packaging has been cut open! We completely understand the desire to use every last drop. Just clean out as much leftover product as you can before sending it back.
