At Adorn, we’re committed to sustainability. Simply return your empty packaging to us and it will be packed in our Zero Waste Box™ and sent for recycling. The Zero Waste Box system is an all-in-one recycling solution from TerraCycle®. Everything collected through the box is sorted and processed into raw materials that can be reused instead of being sent to landfill.

It’s our way of ensuring your empty Adorn packaging is responsibly processed, kept out of landfill and given a second life.

Returning is simple:

1. Clean your empty Adorn packaging.

2. Place at least 10 items, ensuring they are empty, clean, and free of any product residue, into a used Adorn post bag.

3. Include a note inside your parcel with your full name and email address so we can identify your return.

As a thank you for supporting circular beauty, we’ll apply 200 points (equal to a $10 voucher) as reward points to your Adorn account.

What products can I return?

You can return almost any Adorn product packaging, including but not limited to:

• Lipstick tubes
• Serum bottles
• Sample pots
• Refill sachets

Please note:

• Some items cannot be returned, including cardboard (such as matchboxes used for sample sets), black drawstring bags, nail polish, and sheet masks.
• Postage fees are not reimbursed.
• Only Adorn packaging will be accepted. Other brands or packaging types cannot be processed through this program.
