We strive to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days. During peak or promotional periods, please allow an additional 2-4 business days.
Shipping & Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you an email confirmation. If your selected shipping option includes tracking, your tracking number will be included in that email. You can also find it under 'Order History' in your Adorn account.

Envelope Deliveries
Orders sent in envelopes do not have tracking. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, but can sometimes take a little longer. This is due to Australia Post delivering regular letter mail every second business day, unlike parcels which are delivered daily. We kindly ask for your patience as your items will arrive in a pink envelope.
Tracking information showing 'pending'?
Don't stress! Parcels aren’t scanned at collection but at the sorting facility, which can take 24–48 hours. If your tracking hasn’t updated yet, please check back later.
