We strive to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days. During peak or promotional periods, please allow an additional 2-4 business days.

Shipping & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, we’ll email you a confirmation. If your shipping method includes tracking, the tracking number will be in that email. You can also view it anytime by signing into your account and going to the “Orders” section: https://account.adorncosmetics.com.au/authentication/login.

Envelope Deliveries

Orders sent in envelopes do not have tracking. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, but can sometimes take a little longer. This is due to Australia Post delivering regular letter mail every second business day, unlike parcels which are delivered daily. We kindly ask for your patience as your items will arrive in a pink envelope.
