How do I refill my packaging?Updated 12 days ago

Here are the steps to follow:

1. First, wash your packaging with hot soapy water to remove any leftover product.
2. Rinse it well and allow it to dry completely.
3. Sanitise the packaging using our Refill Cleaning Brush and 70% pure Isopropyl Alcohol or Ethanol.

Before you pour in your refill, if your packaging is airless, be sure to press the clear inner plate all the way down to the bottom—that’s what helps push the product up as you use it.
