To start a return:

1. Check eligibility: Ensure your product is unopened, unused, and in saleable condition. Returns must be within 30 days.

2. Contact us: Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.

3. Prepare your return: Once approved, package the item securely with a note with your order number, contact details, and preferred shade.

4. Send your return to:

Please note: Return postage is your responsibility, but we will cover the cost of sending the correct shade to you. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping your receipt with the tracking number in case you need to follow up on the delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for parcels that are lost or not delivered.
