To start a return:
1. Check eligibility: Ensure your product is unopened, unused, and in saleable condition. Returns must be within 30 days of delivery.
2. Contact us: Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
3. Wait for approval: Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with instructions and the return address.
4. Prepare your return: Package the item securely and include a note with your order number, contact details, and preferred resolution. If requesting an exchange, please also include the shade or product you would like instead.
Please note:
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping your receipt with the tracking number, so you can follow up on the delivery if needed. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for parcels that are lost or not delivered.
